15 Ways to Relieve Stress

Thank you to Mrs. Zeiders for sharing these tips! Have a laugh, take a break, and enjoy!

1. Write a memo to yourself congratulating YOU on being such a great teacher!
2. Organize a hum-a-long. It's hard to be stressed when you're humming.
3. Pop popcorn with the lid off.
4. Make a list of things you've ALREADY done!
5. Laugh hysterically at nothing.
6. Send yourself flowers at work signed secret admirer.
7. Send a colleague a "unique" surprise.
8. Tell 3 jokes to 3 people who need to lighten up.
9. Dream about what you'll do over summer break.
10. Hug your boss and thank them.
11. Page yourself over the intercom and don't disguise your voice.
12. While sitting at your desk, soak your hands in Palmolive.
13. When driving with colleagues, keep your wipers on to keep them "tuned in."
14. Practice making fax and modem noises in the Teacher's Lounge.
15. Finish all of your sentences with "in accordance with prophecy."
