Handbook for 2011

These tips were in our BISD Student and Family Wellness newsletter this month and I thought they were good enough to pass on!

  • Live with the 3 E's - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  • Read more books than you did in 2010.
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes a day.
  • Do not compare your life to others.  You have no idea what their journey is about.
  • Remember that no one is in charge of your happiness except you.
  • Each day give something good to others.
  • Do the right thing!
